  • If you use all the time in your bank, any additional support is billed at our standard overage rate of $25 per 10 minutes. We will always notify you before this happens. Many clients find that upgrading to the next plan is more economical if they regularly need more time.

  • Think of it like a debit account for tech support. Each month, your plan's time is added to your bank. When you use our service, we deduct the time in 10-minute increments. If you have 20 minutes left at the end of the month, that time simply stays in your bank for you to use later, for up to 90 days.

  • Absolutely. We encourage it. We can add authorized family members to your account, so they can coordinate with us to help you solve a problem.

  • There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Our memberships are month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime. Our goal is to earn your business every single month.
